Mr. Henderson serves as Head of Global Distribution for Goehring & Rozencwajg (G&R). He has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining G&R, Mr. Henderson was a Managing Director at MidOcean Partners, a New York-based private equity and alternative credit firm. Prior to that, he served as Co-Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Stone Point Capital LLC, a financial services-focused private equity firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Henderson held the role of Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Chilton Investment Company, LLC, a New York-based multi-strategy equity hedge fund manager. While at Chilton, Mr. Henderson worked closely with Mr. Goehring and Mr. Rozencwajg for over 10 years marketing the Chilton Global Natural Resources Fund, which reached peak assets of over $5 billion. Before his tenure at Chilton, Mr. Henderson spent 16 years as a Specialist on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with Henderson Brothers Incorporated (HBI).

Mr. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
